are done using three dimensional computer software, enabling us to
quickly produce accurate, high quality documents which can be used to
secure permits, financing, and to build from.
Historical Renovations & Additions
- We have worked on a wide variety of historical projects.
We understand the challenges involved with updating a
historical structure, from documenting the existing conditions to
complying with current building codes and historical review committees.
Code Compliance Analysis
- Thinking about changing the use of an existing structure? There
may be potential issues regarding building codes, statutes, and
regulations. We can work with you and the building department to
make your idea a reality, as well as analyze existing structures and
how they may or may not comply with current building codes.
Master Planning - We can
help you come up with long term strategies regarding the development of
properties you own. We can create promotional material to lure
potential investors & secure financing.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) -
Up until just recently, few people knew about Building Information
Modeling. This is not the case at Broadleaf Architecture.
Since the start of the firm's existence, we have utilized BIM
