believe that through design we can
make our world a better place. In practice, this means that
we
incorporate sustainable practices at all stages of a project.
It also means listening and talking with our clients about
their
desires, needs, and lifestyle. Through this open dialogue we
are
able to come up with designs that enhance the lives of our clients,
their friends, family, and community as a whole.
As mentioned previously, sustainability plays a large role in our
design philosophy. We believe it is our responsibility as
design
professionals to take accountability for the demands that our
projects put on the natural environment. We work with
sustainability from the bottom up, starting with how we configure our
designs to the types of wall finishes we specify. We
collaborate
with engineers, contractors, and consultants to come up with designs
that use less natural resources and require less maintenance. |
