Part of a three-phase development plan, the Village at Yachats is
designed with diversity in mind. The master plan is composed with
a variety of unit types and sizes; ranging from efficiency studios to
large penthouses. The Village at Yachats also incorporates a
number of sustainable design features like southern facing exposures to
maximize solar gain, roof-mounted photovoltaics, and a limited amount
of pervious surfaces to enable the natural recharge of underground
aquifers & limit storm water runoff.
