Originally constructed in the late 1970s, this house had all the
unwanted characteristics of a home from that time period. An
outdated exterior, dark interior
finishes, a less than functional kitchen, and moisture problems were
just some of the issues facing the new owners. We developed a
plan that would increase the home's curb appeal, eliminate the moisture
problems, open up the kitchen to the rest of the house, as well as
increasing natural lighting into the home.
This home was featured in the May 2008 issue of Money Magazine in "Nine Ways to Enhance a Home's Curb Appeal".
