Located in Happy Valley, Oregon, the sloping site presented some unique
challenges. By modeling the site on the computer based off the
survey of the property, we were able to accurately reflect how the
project would interface with the surrounding landscape.
As always, we worked together with the home owner's to develop a
project which would embrace the landscape with 3 distinct levels, each
utilizing the change in grade to create additional living spaces.
This project serves as a excellent example of how our design
process seamlessly transitions from the computer to the real world.
